BVFitness Workout Plan

This workout plan build lean mass, follow this plan for five days for 6 weeks to build lean muscle. This program is to focus on increasing lean mass by performing 2-4 exercises for each muscle group. You can do 3-5 sets and 6-15 reps, although everything is set for 15 reps.
